Welcome to the Outdoor Lighting Warranty provided by ODon Technologies. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind when hiring permanent outdoor lighting contractors or purchasing permanent outdoor lighting equipment.

By accepting this warranty, you acknowledge that ODon Technologies stands behind the quality of its work and products, ensuring that any defects or issues will be addressed promptly and efficiently.

II. Coverage Period

The coverage period for this warranty begins on the date of completion of the permanent outdoor lighting installation, repair, or purchase of equipment, and lasts for 3 years.

During this period, ODon Technologies will provide coverage for any defects or issues that arise as a result of our workmanship or the quality of the products used.

III. Coverage Details

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for outdoor permanent lighting installations, repairs, or equipment provided by ODon Technologies. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

ODon Technologies will repair or replace any faulty components at no additional cost to you, ensuring that your permanent outdoor lighting system remains safe and functional.

IV. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. ODon Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, or damage caused by improper installation or modifications made by third parties.

V. Claim Process

In the event that you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact ODon Technologies at info@odontechnologies.com or 403-350-6305. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You may be required to provide proof of purchase or work completed by ODon Technologies to validate your claim.

VI. Owner’s Responsibilities

As the owner of the permanent outdoor lighting system or equipment covered by this warranty, you are responsible for maintaining it in good working condition. This includes following any care instructions provided by ODon Technologies and scheduling regular inspections.

If you suspect a defect or issue, it is your responsibility to notify ODon Technologies promptly to prevent further damage or safety hazards.

VII. Transferability

This warranty is transferable to a new owner in the event of the sale of the property or equipment covered by the warranty. To transfer the warranty, please contact ODon Technologies with the new owner’s information.

A nominal fee may be required to transfer the warranty to ensure that the new owner is aware of the terms and conditions.

VIII. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the province of Alberta. Any disputes or claims arising under this warranty will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Alberta.

By accepting this warranty, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta for any legal proceedings related to this warranty.

IX. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or claim under this warranty, we encourage you to contact ODon Technologies first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may pursue alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.

X. Miscellaneous Terms

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you as the owner and ODon Technologies regarding the coverage provided for permanent outdoor lighting installations, repairs, or equipment. Any changes or modifications to this warranty must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
